The launch of space shuttle Discovery was yesterday evening and provided some great visuals for anyone in the surrounding areas.

Couple photos from the front yard. Not great pics but they give a good idea of what it looked like. You could see the booster separation perfectly. The weather was perfect, not a cloud in the sky.

I have lived in Florida my whole life and have not been to a launch. I really need to drive down and see one before they retire the shuttle in a few years.
